State-of-the-art high definition (HDS) 3-D laser scanning technology utilized by DJS Associates’ experienced consultants and engineers to investigate, document and preserve evidence at accident scenes, homicides and other crimes, vehicle damage,  building and/or bridge collapses, pool related accidents, complex terrain environments, occupational incidents, slip and fall accidents and more.  Our high definition 3-D laser scanning technology is ideal for surveying environments, vehicles and objects that need to remain uncompromised.  Once an environment has been surveyed with the laser scanning technology, we are able to take measurements that are accurate to within three millimeters or less. 

High definition 3-D laser scanning technology can also be used in land development, building construction and preservation, creating as-built drawings and highway and bridge construction.  Laser scanning is uniquely suited for any environments including dark or oblique surfaces.  HDS laser scan data can be plotted via computer-aided design (CAD) and modeling software to create accurate, precise, functional and aesthetically pleasing two-dimensional and three dimensional exhibits for analysis and demonstrative purposes.
