Mr. Szautner is a registered professional engineer with over 37 year of experience in civil & forensic engineering. His expertise covers all areas of slip, trip and fall, construction accidents, OSHA and building code compliance, stormwater management, bridge design, land use and zoning, premise liability, foundation and roof failures and structures. He is a member of numerous professional societies and is court qualified at the local, state and federal level. Mr. Szautner is also a Pennsylvania registerd professional land surveyor.

Tom J. Griffiths, ED.D.

Recognized as an international leader in aquatics and water safety, Tom Griffiths, Ed.D.has spent 40 years teaching, coaching and managing aquatics at three major universities: University of Maryland, Indiana State University and Penn State. During his 23 year career as the Director of Aquatics and Safety Officer for Athletics at Penn State’s McCoy Natatorium, Dr. Griffiths provided outstanding water safety service to the University, to the public he served and to his fellow water safety professionals.

Robert is a Mechanical Engineer with an emphasis in the field of Biomechanical Engineering. He has also worked as a Project Engineer and has provided consulting services in the area of product design and development. Robert has performed research in many areas of Biomechanics, and has authored papers and lectured on topics related to his areas of expertise. He has testified as an expert in local, state, and federal court in numerous states and is a member of numerous professional societies, including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Society of Biomechanics, the American Society for Testing and Materials, and the Society of Automotive Engineers.

Ronald J. Panunto, PE

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University and is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and North Carolina. He is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. He is also a certified fire and explosion investigator. Ron has over 43 years of experience in electric utility and power system engineering, testing, and construction. Prior to acquiring Dawson Engineering, Ron was the Field Engineering and Substation Design Branch Manager at PECO Energy, and Project Manager at Gannett Fleming, Inc.

Two of Ron’s interesting challenges were his responsibility for start up of Limerick Nuclear Generating Station and the restoration of commuter train service to New York City following the 9/11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. Ron’s expertise includes forensic analysis of failed electrical equipment and electrical systems, and design of power distribution systems.
